Partner with Us to Expand Access to Research, Mentorship & Publication
How Partnership Works
Gen AI Voices collaborates with educational and research programs that share our belief in equity through access. Through restricted grants, we fund Access Fellowships — $5,000–$8,000 per student seat — enabling financial-need students to pursue AI-focused projects in your program.
Students receive research mentorship through their host program and editorial guidance from our team to publish and share their findings in The Gen AI Voices Review and our Digital Showcase.
What Partners Receive
Funding Access: Restricted grants that expand research opportunities in AI-focused projects for underrepresented students.
Editorial Support: Our editors help students refine their work for publication.
Visibility & Collaboration: Partners are featured in the Review, Showcase, and across our media platforms.
Community Impact: Join a network of educators and mentors building the next generation of AI thinkers.
Every partnership expands access to research, mentorship, and publication opportunities for students. By removing barriers of cost and geography, we open doors for curious minds to explore the ethical and creative dimensions of AI.
Together, we’re ensuring that every student has a voice in the future of AI.
Partners Tides FAQ
What is Tides, and why is Gen AI Voices operating under it?
Tides is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization that provides fiscal sponsorship for mission-aligned initiatives. By partnering with Tides, Gen AI Voices can fund Access Fellowships and manage all grants, donations, and compliance under a trusted 501(c)(3) framework. This allows us to collaborate with research programs and schools quickly and responsibly without creating administrative burdens for our partners.
How does the fiscal sponsorship model benefit partner programs?
Our fiscal sponsorship through Tides means that all partnership grants are fully compliant, audited, and managed by Tides Center. Partners receive funds directly through this structure, ensuring clear financial tracking, proper documentation, and alignment with nonprofit regulations. This gives programs flexibility to focus on mentoring students and guiding their research — while Tides handles the back-end administration.
Are partnership grants restricted or general funds?
All grants distributed through Tides to partner programs are restricted funds. That means each grant is designated specifically for supporting Access Fellowship seats, covering student tuition, mentorship, and research-related costs. This ensures accountability and transparency for both Gen AI Voices and our partners.
Does working with Tides change how partners run their programs?
Not at all. Partners maintain full control over their curriculum, mentorship structure, and student experience. Tides simply manages the financial side — ensuring that all disbursements, reporting, and compliance meet nonprofit standards.
Our goal is to make partnership easier, not more complex.
